You have mental health concerns? Remember, you are not alone. One in five Canadians
will experience a mental illness in their lifetime.
We are committed to provide access to a wide range of mental health services to clients
16 years of age and over to help them gain or maintain a sense of well-being, independence
and quality of life. We offer a variety of programs and services to those experiencing
mental health concerns and to their family members. Our approach is client-centered.
For more details on how we can help, please have a look at our list of programs.
Initially, in 1983, the mental health services were sponsored by Lady Minto Hospital
until Minto Counselling Centre became incorporated in 1986. Minto Counselling Centre
is a non-profit registered charitable community organization governed by a volunteer
Board of Directors.
